Effective Immediately: 15% Service Charge for Order Change at Pickup

To maintain a smooth dining experience for all our guests, Thai Moon is implementing a new policy regarding takeout orders that are changed to dine-in during pickup.

Policy Overview:
Customers who decide to switch their takeout order to dine-in service upon pickup will incur a 15% service charge on the total bill.

Why This Policy?
This service charge helps cover the added costs of table service, including dining space allocation, tableware, and staff support.

When Does the Service Charge Apply?
The service charge will apply if a customer:
•  Places a takeout order but requests to dine in upon pickup.
•  Places a takeout order but uses the dining service area.

Exceptions:
The service charge does not apply to orders originally placed as dine-in or standard takeout order.
